Our production of dies and tools has always been planned to be completely managed in-house.
The production starts with the most accurate selection of the materials, to reduce wear and tear due to the static movement of the movable parts, then comes the manufacture of the forming die, later transformed with machinery and appositely dimensioned designs in the final product.
All these devices combine to produce long-lasting equipments of great reliability.
Almost all the manufacturing is done with computer numerical control machines, improving precision and reducing production time.
Our large installed base includes many brand-new machines. Among the others, as feathers in our cap, stand out the spark erosion machinery, which grants a very precise shaping in the shearing of the plates, and the centre for the production of punches, dies, males, graphite jigs, refractory jigs, logos, plates, patterns in various materials, etc.
Another major feature for the reliability of our products is the heat treatment, made in-house before the processing to avoid deformations and breakings.
